No matter where we are in our quits we should be smiling at each and every day WON because we truly are giving ourselves the Gift of LIFE! I do remember just how difficult it was at times in the early stages of my quit WHEW do I ever!!! There'd be times I'd be laughing one moment and snotting like a baby the nEXt and I'd feel like my tearing my hair out or if someone looked at me the wrong way I felt like ripping their face off which was usually my husband Mark lol 🀣  He quit 2 and a half months before me! No one really came around not even my grown children they knew I'd be moody and bitchy because they knew all about my half dozen failed attempts at quitting in the past and I don't think they believed I'd stick with it, anyway I was watching my youngest grandson Mason fulltime he was my main incentive along with the other two grandchildren Emma and Adam although I didn't see them nearly enough! I knew that I wanted to be around to enjoy the little things in life which are actually the big things in LIFE! Vigilance is key to Freedom! Our quits are literally in our hands we can and MUST keep our quits in TACT Which means ~ N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what > Works when applied on a daily bases!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
