Hi, so I'm at day one of quiting but this time around I'm not trying to find another bad habit to take place of vaping.
So long story short I used vaping to quit smoking and it worked. I haven't had a cigarette in a very long time I actually lost count. Now I need to quit vaping, for many reasons but mainly health. I want to be here for my kids for a long time.
Anyway thank you for letting me get this off my chest and being an amazing space to share my journey!
