Yesterday I fell on the stupid ice and messed up my knee. So I am unable to walk at the moment. Plus I smoked my last cigarette last night and cannot go to get more. So I quit!
I am smoking a zero nic vape today, so my quit date is still tomorrow, but I am cigarette free today! I feel good about it and I know my kids are happy I am quitting, which means a lot to me.
I am glad I found this community and plan on hanging out here.
