Still not smoking and feel great for it. My lungs have quit hurting and I smell better too. If I can do it anybody can. Working on hubby to get him to quit smoking. He's a challenge he smokes 30 cigarettes a day. But I'm working with him to help him quit. He weezes so bad while he's sleeping. Plus he only has 1 1/2 lungs.
I've lost ten pounds since I quit and food actually taste good now.
