My name is Emily. I am new here and working on my quit smoking plan. I have been reading over the site and it looks great. I have been smoking for 20 years, so I am very nervous, but very much ready to do whatever it takes to quit, although I expect it to be very difficult...so, any tips that anyone can offer me, I would really appreciate.
