I'm NOT going to go into a great big long spiel this morning BUT I am going to say that I never ever thought I'd ever quit smoking BUT after I found out THAT I have copd THAT was enough for me to finally wise up I didn't want to be sitting in a Dr's office AND be told go home AND get my affairs in order all because I waited to long to quit the horrid nicotine poison! Thankfully I found this awesome community on line AND to make a very long story a little shorter here I am living my Forever Quit! That's my 14 year old grandson Mason in my avatar with me! My grandchildren were AND still are my incentive to hang on tight to the best gift that I've or any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT OF LIFE!
