I have had such a hard time quiting. I do fine when I don't have a cigarett around, yes I go throught the cravings but I work through them, On the other hand my husband is not my greatest support group, he has cigaretts on him and he smokes in the house, even when I wash all the ashtrays and put them away. Nasty he just lets the ashes drop where ever. So I have slipped a few times but I try to stay busy away from him when he is home, otherwise I sit down with him and have a puff!
