I want to send messages to certain members, but I can't seem to get it together. I went to the page that lists members, but I don't recognize and of the screen names. Soo I seem to be able to blogal right, and I;m asking for help in navigating this web site.
Untill I get it right, I want to tell Dale that I am really enjoying his Wed. blogs.Every thing he says seem to be relevent to me.
I also have tried to find Erma, and I want to reply to windancer97 and jenny. Help help.
Now I want to say with pride, and some modesty, that I am at the 17 day mark, I have not gained any weight [yet] and I am feeling like I maybe can do this. So far, I think of myself as a smoker who is just not smokeing right now, but every day that passes I am more and more thinking I am a non smoker.
I want to fil out a form at a Drs office and check the NON SMOKER box. That would be such a milestone for me.
