Hi everybody - I have a new quit date to be vape-free on May 18th. I am waiting for my quit smoking aid oxygen inhaler to arrive. I find that the oral fixation is what keeps me coming back to the vape. Any tips on how to overcome the oral fixation? I find the chewing gum works; the patch not as much. I wanted to give myself a realistic time to stop vaping. Any tips that have helped you overcome the oral fixation? Thanks.
