I haven't been on this site in about a half a year but I wanted to let whomever wanted to know that I did quit smoking and vaping finally. It has been 16 days since I have had a cigarette and it has been 15 days since I last vaped. I am blessed. I can breathe. God took away the urge to smoke and vape from me. I use nicotine lozenges and sugar free cough drops to keep my mouth busy. I never thought I would be where I am today. I thank God for where I am. It is possible to quit. I have quit so many times before but I always had reservations in my quit. Now that I am doing it just for me I have no reservations. I know that I can make it through. Thank you for listening.
