So last night (evening of Day 2) I forced myself to go run on the treadmill to keep busy and try to replace nicotine with good ole endorphines.  OH MY GOD.  I shattered my record on the treadmill!  Just a few days ago I couldn't run more than 5 minutes without gasping for air and now.......I couldn't run out of breath!  What a GREAT feeling that was! 

I must say that it is worth the fight and I don't think we actually realize what good we are doing!  That was only 2 days!  I think my next goal is going to be to run in a marathon (something I used to just laugh at the idea of).  Anyways, I was stoked so wanted to share some positive with everyone!  Hang in there.  Your body WILL thank you for it.
