I am ashamed. But I couldn't leave it alone.

Well, i picked them up again.  I had that trauma trigger that i was not prepared for.  My cat was kicked by a cow or crushed by something and we spend $1500.00 and alot time getting her medical care.  10 busted ribs and a bruised liver later, she is still alive but not very mobile. That trigger i was not prepared for. I am sorry i picked them up and plan on making May 9 at 10pm to be the Very last cigarette in my life.  I struggled with my last two tries but the result of being able to breathe and have sooo much more time on my hands, was great. And no nasty taste in my mouth. I loved that.  I hate to cry wolf. Please don't give up on me.  I really am going to make this work.

For me to keep wanting to try and quit, even after two failed attempts, is a blessing.  Beliveve me i never thought i would actually even try to quit smoking.  But I am going to do it.
