I bought patches then decided when I finished the last pack of my carton I was done! I also had the gum from when I had quit before, but have found that patches work so much better for me. I must confess I don't have problems quitting. I have problems staying EX!!
That's why this time I am going to use every source out there to keep me an EX for the rest of my life.
