How I made it through Hell Week

1. I STOPPED SMOKING!!
2. I used Nicorette gum
3. I stayed close to the Q
4. I had the support of my fiance and our 3 roomates. We all quit together.
5. I rewarded myself on Day 3 with a manicure.
6. I stayed positive...most of the time...:)
7. I DIDN'T SMOKE...
8. I read profiles of Elders for inspiration
9. I lotioned my hands, chapsticked my lips, ate some delicious gum
10. I let myself eat CHOCOLATE!
11. I was mean over the weekend...and forgave myself for it...(so did my love, bless him!)
12. I read a LOT and watched A LOT of movies
13. I was nice to myself
14. I talked about it with friends...a little too much? who cares 🙂
15. I DIDN'T SMOKE!
