Did you see the commerical ,I think its for staples or office depot, where the guy goes " WOW THATS A LOW PRICE!!!". Right now that is how I Feel about it being 31 days since my last smoke " WOW 31 DAYS , I FEEL GREAT". I also quit the lozengers for the last week . I just felt like I was strong enough now to so NOPE all on my own . I also like to report my wife has joined me , she is now 11 days in and she is doing awesome.She said if I can do it she can to . Dont get me wrong still have some cravings every day but not as strong as they were and not as regular. I am so glad I quit I have been running on treadmill and building my endurance back up and trying to setup a weight lifting routine . I just want to let the people that just started to know it does start to get easier the longer you go , Just keep saying NOT ONE PUFF EVER.
