Patch or cold turkey???? I've been wearing the patch now for 8 days and wondering if I should just go for it without the patch. I kinda feel like im cheating!!! Still having the withdrawls and the cravings so why not take the patch off???Either way I think its going to be hard, not really sure what i should do......
