Stopping in to wish all my Ex buddies a happy 4th. Hope everyone is well and smoke-free. Very happy to see JoJo is doing well after her transplant. My life has been a little crazy, the twins are 20 months old and into everything, so cute. I have been concentrating on losing weight and am happy to report I am down 22 pounds. I joined WW on my one year quit anniversary. I am at almost 15 months smoke-free. I hope all my elder buddies are well and the newbies are listening to thier advice. Today will be a challenge for many, whether it is smoking or overeating, believe me, you can conquer both with determination.
