Its been a while since i been here and figure i would stop in, it will be my 4th year this may 26th and feels really good, a very big part of my success is do to this site, for those of you quiting now really pay attention to post here and read, it got me to stop after smoking many many years. i hear alot of people saying urges are forever, for me right not at the stage i am in the only ones i get last seconds and vey simple to get through, i probly would not even call it an urge. i stoped and kept the word of not one puff not one ever. remember that statment and follow it, that one puff will lead to more. anyways just wanted to stop in and say hi and thank you becomeanex for my success of my quit
