Here I am at almost 85 days completely smoke free!!!! I have been here before though a few years ago, but this one I am protecting.. I know what this means. My head and my heart are on the same page. There is no rationalizing just one ever again. Because now my head and heart both no that will not be the case. So 85 days and counting and still so excited that in 12 days I will turn 38 and be smoke free!!!!!! And again thank you to all of you here you are all an insperation!

I quit for 4 months on the patch a couple of years ago then had "one" and blew the whole quit. I smoked for more than a year before I finally quit again 70 days ago. We both fell and got back up, and that is what counts. Congrats on 85 days!!!

Congratulations on 85 awesome days. Guard your quit with your luife and keep it safe. This is my third quit but my first time ever doing it because I WANT TO. It has to be your own. You really have to want it. God Bless you and your quit.
