Hello

I wanted to say hello.  I just joined the site and today is day 1 for me; wish me luck.  So far so good, no pressure. I'm on prescribed medicine (Chantix). It worked for me once; I didn't smoke for a little over a year.  I started back by just taking 1 puff off of a cigarette.  I've learned that, it's no such thing as 1 puff.  I'm ready to stop smoking again, I liked being a non-smoker.

I hear you, thats what did me in the last time I tried to quit, just one more. It's like an Alcohlic wanting just one more drink.
