Didn't realize how long it had been since I came in wow time flies hate that I have let myself loose touch with all my friends here but so very glad because seems that the thoughts about smoking are hardly around these days,  I was over joyed when I saw my clock and I have gotten passed 300 days wow.  

Hope everyone here is doing great and that all the newbies are sticking in there this place was a life saver for me.

I hope to get by here more often just life catches up and have no time but I am sure everyone is like that.  

On a brighter note headed home this afternoon (getting take out) getting the tv going and cheering that 88 car to victory lane (I hope)
