Share your quitting journey
Well, I know this is hard to believe, but I can't seem to remember how many days it's been since I quit smoking. I got really busy with some voluntire work, and I have lost track of time. I think it has been 21 or 22 days, thats how many patches I have used. I think.
I don't know if this is a good thing or not. I see sites where people have calanders and countdowns and every one seem to be able to keep track and I can see how that would be important. But after reading Alan Carr's book, I have stopped thinking of this as deprevation, and started thinking of it as liberation.
So, my plan is maybe to use up the patches I have left and then see if I can just let this go. What do you all think? Some of you who have been quit for a long time, do you think I am just in a honeymoon phase? I would really appreciate some thoughts on this.
Thanks, Marilynn
