Just wanted to touch base with you all to say I care about you. I care about your quit and mine. I, and my quit twins are over 100 days in. I have never felt better. Extra weight and all......I feel great.

So very glad to hear you say, "I have never felt better."  It is amazing what clear improvement we have in our lives once we turn our backs on our addictive behavior and kick the nicotine out of our lives.  I am grateful to be on this Road of Freedom with you and all the Exers here.  You all inspire, encourage and keep me accountable.  Yay for over 100 days!!!
