What day did I quit? I think I have forgotten, but remember it was some day in August. Seems early August like around the tenth or so? My buddies and I are up to mt. biking fourteen and fifteen mile trails now with no problem whatsoever, and ya know what???? It feels so good. It feels sooooooo good.
This site is an awesome place to gain support and develop your plan of attack. Lots of wonderful. loving, supportive folks who can cheer you along your way. If you're thinking about hanging up the habit, then hang your hat here. You will be glad you did!
