Hi all,

    It’s the day before Christmas.  How are you doing?  On Christmas we celebrate “hope “.  People can now have hope in God because Jesus came to Earth. 
    There is nothing like the holidays smoke free.  There are many advantages.  We do not have to go outside and smoke and miss everything.  It can be difficult at first but just change your thoughts.  You could also read some blogs if necessary.  Enjoy yourself.  Namaste
