Hi, i have smoked for over 40 years, now i am 53 and it has gotten to where it weighs on my shoulders too much not to do anything about it anymore. Born on Fri. the 13th and i had to go and pick halloween to quit on. i didn't pick that day by choice GOD did. so far i have only heard from Rick for support, he told me i was hidden here and to post a blog, so here i am. i have never done anything like this before, but i have just moved here and have no one to talk to about my struggles.and anxieties over doing something of this magnitude . Anyone with any advice or suggestions PLEASE...... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
