Hey everyone I had a really bad day today there was physical tension, and it got really physical at my house tonight and it got to the point we’re i walk out the door with a pack of cigarettes and one in my mouth but my lighter wouldn’t work so I just sat on the side of the road and cried it out what can people say for when that comes down again am coming up on my 20th somke free it was bad tonight I need support from outside my family I feel like giving up
