Good morning everyone!
Take a deep breath. Exhale. Doesn't that feel good? It feels so good to be able to take deep breaths without struggling since I no longer smoke. January 7, 2015 was my quit date and I still remember how nervous I was because I had tried and failed numerous times before. But this time I've been successful. (Why you ask) I found this site and made a commitment to do the work necessary to become and remain an ex-smoker. Although I'm not on this site nearly as much as I used to, I've never forgotten about you all!
To those who are just beginning your journey, you can be successful as well if you make the commitment and do the work. Quitting nicotine is tuff but doable. Until next time!
