I went from 60 cigarettes a day to 20.................that is 3 packs to one pack a day................from slow suicide to
a place of hope...............this program is pure genius!!! I had so much fun just checking my emails for all your support. I am SO grateful for everyone who wrote and for their strategies. I kept a journal and a schedule of everytime I smoked. Pushing myself to hold out longer and longer between each cigarette.
I also took a three hour nap and found myself coughing like crazy when I smoked some of the cigarettes...it's as though by body is starting to reject the cigarette now that I am breathing more oxygen.
That was just my first day after my finding through luck on the web this site.
