Hi, everyone day 5. I did not put a patch on today, it was so hard, I just have to get this out of my body it fills like i can't do it if i keep using, still have a sore throat, the day sucked but I will do this, the cravings are terrible, been on the couch all day, But I am trying to stay positive because i can't smoke, hopefully tomorrow is a better day.
