Share your quitting journey
It's another extremely mild morning here in the Maritimes but I'm loving it at 29 ° F instead of anywhere from 0 to maybe 10° F but we are expecting an inch of rain throughout the day and into tomorrow with a hard freeze tommorrow night so that definitely could cause some problems but I will have to wait and see. Let's continue on stacking up our wonderful smoke free days whether you're just starting your quit or like me at day 545, we must always remain on guard and protect our quits while going about our daily lives but the longer you stay quit the easier life gets and for me life is pretty much the norm now without cigarettes but last evening when we got home from a potluck supper after having a very busy day, I thought wow wouldn't a smoke be really nice right now ((( YIKES ))) that's why I remain vigilant, I gave my head a shake and smiled because I'm in control of my destiny and I don't smoke anymore and I'm enjoying my life without the crutch of smoking. Enjoy your day my fellow Exers.
