Hi,

    Happy Tuesday!!  How are you doing?  I got a haircut yesterday.  It was growing out.  I have a load of wash in the washer.  What are your plans for today?

    To quit smoking is an important decision.  It took me many years to really get serious about it.  I tried many things but failed.  Finally I ended up here.  People were getting time in at quitting.  That was more than I was doing.  You can do it.  Namaste
