    Happy Saturday!!  How are you doing?  The weekend is here.  I have to get some things for my apartment today.  What are your plans?

    After much thought we decided to quit smoking.  It took some time.  Eventually we all ended up here.  Here people were getting time in quit.  We tried and were successful.  You can do it.  Namaste
