Hello To All Of My Exes,

I'm 194 days smoke free!!!!  I just returned from a 2 week vacation in New Orleans, visiting my sister and nephew as well as attended the Essence Music Festival( which was phenomenal) with my aunt and cousin. I was put to the test. This was the first time being in the company of smokers( my sister and cousin). And I must add, I PASSED!!!!!! I thought about it but i wanted not to, more than i wanted to. I was extremely proud of myself. I believe I'm well on my way. Ths is the longest i have been a non smoker and it feels awsome!!!!  Much success to you all!!!!
