Hi,

    It’s been unseasonably warm now.  Tomorrow the temperature is to be 65 degrees.  Love it!!

    I hope everybody’s quit is going well.  We are almost a month into the new year.  New habits take a while to form.  We are not that old person who smokes no matter what.  We enjoy breathing clean air.  We no longer smell like a cigarette.  We are changed people.  Enjoy your new life.  Namaste
