Well Going to start planning. I want to start the year 2012 off a non smoker.
This is really a hard thing for me at times. But it is strange. When I am at home. I would smoke for just about any reason. But say I go out with my friend Joanne. She is a non-smoker and I know that the smoke irretates her. So when she is around I don't smoke.
Like this one day we went to a concert in another town. I went almost all day without a smoke because I did not want it to bug her.
So I am going to try that more often in different situations.
I really want to quit this time. Well here we go.
