It is supposed to get easier.. right? Quit July 7 on my birthday after 40++ years. Think it might be the 'free' gum that insurance paid for, Rugby. taste like odd gum when you first bite it and then just get a bitter nico taste with a hint of mint. Think I am going to have to just spend the money for the nicocq. One piece with parking and I will still get the flavor an hour or more later. Lollipops, cheap dumdum ones help a lot though. other gum, first time I felt that lighting up would be good. Not doing it. nope nope. Now just have to oh so gently nudge my wife that way. Kind of why I quit. Both her knees are crap and half cripple her.. Doctor won't operate unless she loses a lot of weight or quits smoking. I won't be her excuse. tmi, maybe but I think this is a fairly safe space.
