Hi, I am going to my aunts for the weekend with my kids. My aunt has quit smoking for a month now, so she will be great support. I have been doing pretty good, just been busy. Saw the smoking councelor and that went good. She talked about nutrition. I am on the 21 mg patch for another couple of weeks, then I think I go down. I am so tired.
