N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever AND Vigilance ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what > is TRULY THE GIFT OF LIFE! I do remember only to well how EXtremely difficult it was at times in the early stages of my quit BUT I made it through AND with commitment AND perseverance you will be successful too! I hope that I'll always remember AND ~ N.E.F ~ JUST how horrid my day ONE was AND those several days AND weeks were because I don't have to go back NONE of us has to ever go back to another day ONE EVER BUT each and every day WON is totally awesome!
