Hey everyone my name is aaron, i am 19 and have been smoking for nearly five years, i found this site yesterday im spending a couple of days tracking my cigarettes so i can find all my triggers and im trying to figure out when my quit date should be... if anyone has any advice or would be down to be part of my buddy system against smoking just let me know =]
