   LIsa I hav been reading your blogs, and I know exactly what you mean. Actually, everybody on this sit does. You are not alone, you are not feeling anything bad or different. You are just feeling, and this is a good thing. Try and think ahead to how you will be feeling in 2 wks, 3wks 1 month. This exersise is one I learned in a Yoga class, and it really works. Visualise your head in the near future, and decide what you want to be in it.

   I hope this isn"t to New Agey for you, but if you can put the thoughts in your mind now, they will become your reality in the future. 

   So think of your self as a winner in this battle. If you think that now, it will become the reality. Trust me, that"s how I am getting though all the really rough stuff. And some of this stuff is REALLY rough.
