Hello, This is the first time in a long time I've felt comfortable in an online platform that is health related. Yes, it's new to me and me to it, but there's something about the organization and the resources that seems like a real "choose your own adventure". Personally, I've managed to take up to 40 days off tobacco/nicotine use, and want to make it 40 years. Hope that your journey is going more or less where you want it to.
