Early Morning

Woke up early today.  I was hoping to sleep in and wake up that much further into it.  Ah well - embracing the awareness this early morning.  And maybe i can snag an afternoon nap later..?  

15 hours so far - already feels different this time.  Cravings hit hard, and I think "Oop - here we are again.  I am craving a cigarette, but it will go away in a little bit.  I can feel my blood flowing more freely and my oxygen filling my body.  This is good."  Sounds hokey, but it helps me feel more in control of the cravings, rather than being scared.  Found out you can't just ignore or supress.  Planning on acknowleging and trying to put a positive spin on it.  I will probably end up in tears by mid day lol.  But that's alright - a good cry never hurt anyone.
