There's LIFE after the horrid nicotine poison AND it's pretty fantastic once we get through the roller coaster ride of cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep BUT in order to reap the benefits of Freedom we MUST stick with our precious quit journey ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what! It's definitely NOT easy at times BUT it sure is worth it to be Free! PLUS we're giving ourselves the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT OF LIFE!
