I quit cold turkey some ten years back.

Since then went though many emotional rollercoaster. First year was mix of all above emotions, may some more not in pics there.

However I am happy ... since last nine plus years. Very Happy. very happy ....NOPE !

Quitting is movement from fear, hesitant, tensed, .... to Joyful, happy......wish you good luck.
