When going through the quitting process, we set up all kinds of new rules and situations for ourselves in an effort to be successful. Our minds and bodies need time to adjust to this new way of life so don't forget to support yourself. Quitting smoking is a huge change in our lives.

You are doing something wonderful for YOU so whether it's a bike ride, or banana split or a good murder mystery - go for it and be kind to yourself.
