I am doing pretty good so far. It has been 8 days since I have had an actual cigarette. Still seems to be in mind though. I think I need to do something and it is a cigarette but I don't do it. It is getting better each though. I am using the vapor cigarettes and would really like to get off those as well but all in due time. But feel like I am doing pretty good.
