15 days Quit and doing better then I thought I would. I just knew for sure I would have fallin back and bought a pack or two by now, but have not.... It's even funnier that today my own wife thought I started again. I normally stand outside smoking and talk on the phone, and when my wife pulled up from work she just thought I was at it again because thats what she is use to seeing me do. She said to me, " I was so proud of you." I just laughed and continued my conversation on the phone and didn't even consider to correct her.
Now I'm not going to lie and say the urges have not been there... Especially when I have a good meal and when I drink. Oh Boy!... But I just keep moving. I think about something else or get to moving around trying to focus on other things. All and All I'm really Proud of myself for a change and I owe It All To God because I know its not all me because My Best Thinking got me were I was....
