I am very depressed for a recurring situation I will not go into. Whenever this happened before, I would chainsmoke. When I ran out, I'ld go out and buy a couple of packs. This time, I have gritted my teeth, taken deep breaths, eaten, brushed my teeth, and ran in place, BUT I HAVE NOT HAD A CIGARETTE!!!!!!! I also realized that smoking didn't help me cope. I'll get through this situation( I have in the past) but this time without cigarettes. Just coming here and writing is making feel better already.
I am a non-smoker. I no longer need or want cigarettes. I have quit smoking.
