Once we stop and think about how many decades upon decades upon decades upon decades upon decades that we were slaves to the damned Nicotine Poison THEN it stands to reason that it's bound to take time to relearn life without that horrid crutch BUT as long as we're willing determined and totally committed to succeed THEN we can and will be successful! It's NOT always easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT thankfully it's doable and so very worth it to be Free!
We MUST stick with N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what because it works when applied on a daily basis! It's definetly the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT OF LIFE!
